My wife and I needed to replace our 2014 Outback and we first started dealing with Millie on line who was very helpful. Our salesperson was Robyn Rey who is great and goes out of her way to make you happy. We also worked with Rich Johnson who set up the new lease but also helped us work on getting money back from our car that was totaled. Have not used service department yet but everything looks good on that end as well. Did meet Ray from service who was friendly. Overall a great experience. More
