The staff at Brewster Subaru asked what we were looking for, and took us for a test drive, it was a simple as it was meant to be. There was no pressure, they gave us what we believed to be a fair price, and we purchased the car. I would like to start out by saying that I contacted 10 Subaru dealerships and Anthony Pilla from Brewster Subaru was able to deliver the exact car I I would like to start out by saying that I contacted 10 Subaru dealerships and Anthony Pilla from Brewster Subaru was able to deliver the exact car I was looking for. I traveled 175 miles to this dealership not only because they were able to get the car I wanted, but because of the excellent customer service both over the phone and in person. Anthony was knowledgeable, straightforward and handled all of the "behind the scenes" activity that allowed for an efficient, smooth transaction prior to my arrival to pick up the car. Anthony gave me updates prior to my car arriving at the dealership, put in a special request to expedite the car, and was always available to answer my phone calls and emails. He explained all of the features of the car and gave me a follow-up phone call 2 days after picking up the car. The dealership even went out of their way to send someone to my home state of Massachusetts to register my car. Rich Johnson was friendly, organized and straightforward. He clearly explained the warranties and add-ons that could be purchased in a neutral manner. He also processed my finance application and related documents very efficiently. When the dealership found out that my car was delayed, they gave me a new Subaru to drive until my car arrived. The atmosphere in this dealership is very friendly (like a family), and they really care about their customers.
