When looking to replace our beloved 2011 Outback, we visited this dealership This review is a bit late, as my wife and I bought our car in April. When looking to replace our beloved 2011 Outback, we visited this dealership and were impressed with the atmosphere. Ralph was new to the dealership and we were his first customers. He was friendly and easygoing. We dealt mainly with Nelson on many aspects of the transaction and he was eager to earn our business. He got us the car we wanted, at a very fair price. There were a couple of hiccups that Nelson smoothed out immediately. One month after buying the car, we received the steering column recall; Subaru arranged for the car to be transported to Brewster that day. Service arranged for us to have a loaner car for the duration of the recall process, even coming in on an off day to allow us to pick it up. The recall fix was completed quickly and we were back in our beautiful new car once again. I am very pleased to be a part of the Brewster Subaru family now and look forward to great service and ownership experiences as a result. More

My fourth Subaru but my first lease. Great experience! Yours was the first of three Subaru dealerships that I planned to visit but after meeting and discussing my needs with Anthony Pilla I knew that I nee Yours was the first of three Subaru dealerships that I planned to visit but after meeting and discussing my needs with Anthony Pilla I knew that I need not go anywhere else. He was patient in repeating the terms of the lease and the obligations of the leasee as was Rich Johnson and Patrick. Each of the staff that I encountered were very personable and I felt no pressure at all to make a quick decision. This dealership is only eight to ten minutes from my home so it will be very convenient to return for servicing. I will recommend this dealership. I give them five stars but they deserve ten. More

I knew that I was interested in the Suburu Forester but was not comfortable with the first dealership I walked in I'm so glad I found Brewster Suburu. I knew that I was interested in the Suburu Forester but was not comfortable with the first dealership I walked into. I won't mention any names but it's the most common named dealership in the area. Walking into that dealership was so fake and robotic and I knew that I didn't want to do business there. It was a completely different story when I walked into Brewster Suburu. They made me feel like a person and not a sales tally. Everyone that works there was so genuine and nice and within minutes I felt at home. They worked out a great deal for me on my Suburu Forester. Anthony Pilla and Rich Johnson were just the most awesome people to do business with and I will always remember how they made me feel throughout the purchasing process. I would recommend Brewster Suburu to anyone interested in a vehicle. You can tell how much they care and how they just want to make you happy. I ended up looking at a couple different cars but wasn't happy so I went back again to Brewster Subaru to buy. I am glad I did! No pressure and a good attitude are what I look for in a dealer. They even had some body work done to the car which was a bonus. Overall I would go back when I need another car. More
