Blown away!! Rich, Adnan and Luke are just amazing. They treated me like family and listen like a good friend. They helped me get a rental car even though it’s the end of their business day without complaint or attitude, and assured me that they would get my car looked at and a timely fashion. They did just that and kept me well-informed and updated on the progress of my car repairs. Even once the job was done and another problem popped up they came to my rescue. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to have their car serviced. they are a great group of guys! More

Not trustworthy Went in for warranty work. That was taken care of quickly and easily. Rich was polite, prompt, and informational. However, as has happened twice befor Went in for warranty work. That was taken care of quickly and easily. Rich was polite, prompt, and informational. However, as has happened twice before at this dealership, they recommended an extra $1,000 worth of unnecessary work. I then took my car back to my normal place to check it out. As happened the other two times, it was confirmed that work did not need to be done. I will never use this dealership for anything but warranty work because they cannot be trusted. More

Slow express service I took my 2016 Nissan rogue in for an oil and filter change. The whole process took 90 minutes which resulted in Me having to inquire on the status of I took my 2016 Nissan rogue in for an oil and filter change. The whole process took 90 minutes which resulted in Me having to inquire on the status of my vehicle. I found out it was sitting in the parking lot out front and the paperwork was sitting on the desk at the cashier. The staff had no problem leaving me sitting in the waiting room while my vehicle had been finished for sometime. I may or may not return to this dealership for future service . More

Above and beyond The Service desk is on point. I had two previous opinions about the issues with my Xterra and Rich made sure the Mechanics made a thorough inspection The Service desk is on point.
