Rich was also completely honest about various aspects of the deal, and never left us with the feeling that he was trying to get us to accept something that would not be of benefit to us. It also demonstrates that over the years he has earned our trust as well. I will also point out that each of the 3 cars we purchased was a unique model:and driving experience. He assisted us in the purchase of not only a Mini but a very limited John Cooper Edition, a Volkswagen Diesel Sportswagen, and now an Audi S3. In all cases Rich was able to answer each of our questions promptly and comprehensively. It should come as no surprise that Rich gets our first call when we are interested in purchasing a car. We also would like to thank Jerry Van Tassell who was very professional in helping us structure an extended warranty package. Customer Service was Great I have now bought 2 cars from Weeks, They are pretty good and straightforward, it takes a lot of the pain out of car shopping. Rich showed me 4 cars I have now bought 2 cars from Weeks, They are pretty good and straightforward, it takes a lot of the pain out of car shopping. Rich showed me 4 cars on a really bad day for weather, snow sleet wind we had it all, but he was great walking me through the cars. Never pressured or rushed us, never gave us the full court press. All was pretty smooth. Once I decided he worked with me to coordinate the work and to handle as much as possible ahead of time so when I showed up with my children it was quick. We also had a bit of an issue with the title for my previous car and they worked with us to get it resolved with the bank/DMV quickly. All and all I will be back at Weeks. Thanks Rich! More
