My far the worst automotive customer service I have received in my life. After struggling with multiple issues with hybrid batteries, I have waited for an internal microphone and electronics fix for o received in my life. After struggling with multiple issues with hybrid batteries, I have waited for an internal microphone and electronics fix for over three months. Parts don't arrive (no updates given), calls aren't returned, and we have been pushed off to corporate many times (corporate is investigating). The owner, Paul Garavel, doesn't return calls or emails. Rich and Chyna have tired to help, but apparently they have little/no support from their ownership. I would not recommend Garavel to anyone. If this wasn't a lease through Garavel, I would strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere. More

Scheduling and service on my Grand Cherokee is always easy peasy, nice and easy.
