Salesman was friendly and fairly knowledgable. But seemed in a hurry to get through the sales process and sometimes agitated when asked to explain something in detail. Richard Bacon at Fred Martin, was my salesman. We spoke on the phone about a specific van, and my trade. The next day, I went in to no surprises, Mr. Bacon got me what I needed on my trade, and the van - on the phone about a specific van, and my trade. The next day, I went in to no surprises, Mr. Bacon got me what I needed on my trade, and the van - the only one they had - was better than I expected. Kerry Crawford, in finance, explained my deal thoroughly, and he got me a great price on my warranty. I have owned many cars, but I RARELY buy new ones. These two men at Fred Martin made this dreaded task, pleasant for me, and they wasted no time. I’d recommend this dealer, in a heartbeat. More
