Through my work as a Product Concierge at Mercedes-Benz of Princeton, I get to work daily with like-minded co-workers and customers who truly appreciate the meaning of the Mercedes-Benz slogan "The Best or Nothing!"

My experience at MB of Princeton was absolutely hassle free and seamless. I had concerns about a trade-in I was afraid was going to be complex but Puneet Kapoor put my mind to rest with a very easy solut free and seamless. I was particularly pleased there was no market adjustments to the MSRP like a few other dealerships I had previously visited. Everything was transparent and Puneet went over and beyond to provide a stress-free experience from test driving to finally purchasing the car. He kept me updated every step of the way and wrapped up a sweet deal for me in little to no time. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Finally, on the day we went to pick up the car, Richard patiently gave us a thorough tutorial on all the bells and whistles and answered our numerous questions with the same enthusiasm we felt with our new purchase. Great service all around. More
