Rich is fabulous!! I want to particularly comment on Rich Brittingham's amazing patience at teaching a technophobe how ro learn aboout my new E450. Well done. Very pleasant experience. When I called in with a question, I was transferred to Alex and within 10 minutes he got back to me with the answer.
