I encountered issues with obtaining information about my roadside assistance included in my prepaid package, as the staff directed me to contact Toyota myself. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the agent was busy, and I was quickly sent between the cashier and the agent without receiving the promised information. Feeling unwelcome, I chose to leave and resolve the matter on my own. This was my first negative experience at Findlay Toyota, and while I’m returning due to my prepaid package, I would consider other service options otherwise. More
