I told them what it had to have and I would take nothing less. Richard went to work locating my dream retirement truck and searched and searched the inventory of every dealer within 1800 miles. I called me a few days later and said he had located 2 trucks that matched my wish list and was waiting to see if he could do a dealer trade. The next day Richard called me and said they had succeeded in getting my dream truck and would be sending a driver to pick it up. It would be available for me in a few days. I can't express my sincere appreciation enough to Richard, John and Billy at the dealership. Planet 59 Ford is a wonderful and professional place to purchase a vehicle. My hats off to you all for going above and beyond! More

Great service from internet salesman, MR Richard Fuller. I have purchased 9 cars/trucks/vans from Randall Reed Ford and sent two more friends that also purchased. All were treated well. I called MR. Richard Fuller, told him what was of interest to us and when we walked in the door, he gave us the keys to two different autos for us too go inspect. We eliminated the Fusion and went with the Escape as it was easier for my wife to enter and exit with her bad back. All that left for us to do was pick the color. Our last purchase was a 5 speed that Richard found 200 miles away. The only 5 speed in a thousand mile circle. He got it to the dealership, had it prepped and we filled all the paperwork on line. Out the door in less than one hour. I am 100% happy with the treatment and service I received from MR Richard Fuller. More

Ford Motor should really put a stop to Planet Ford damaging Ford's reputation and SHUT DOWN this horrible place by pulling Randall Reed's license to sell. Reed and Kramer(manager/part owner) tell their employees to use every dirty trick in the book to make a sale. They tack on expenses that they just make up and try to HIDE from you in all the fine print. They wrote in a "Customer Appreciation" charge on my financing paperwork for $895 and did not tell me about it. When I ask why the price was higher than agreed, they said it was "Standard" and everyone pays that. When I ask what it was they told me is was for $12.95 oil changes and "things like that". !!! It is a STRAIGHT RIPOFF. The FACT is if you go to one of Randall Reed's dealership's (I-59 or I-45 or any other of Reed's dealerships) you are going to pay way too much more than a reputable dealer. Typically ONLY customers that have the WORST credit go here and what Randall Reed does to them is criminal. Take a LAWYER with you to look over the papers BEFORE you sign them, or just AVOID the HASSLE and go to another dealer. More
