Ryan did an exceptional job of assessing my needs for a car, and provided many options until I found the perfect one. Best car buying experience I've had! Bought a new Subaru with the help from Richard, and he was amazing. He communicated with me for a week about what he had available, and what my optio Bought a new Subaru with the help from Richard, and he was amazing. He communicated with me for a week about what he had available, and what my options would be for a number of trims/models. No pressure. No gimmicks. As transparent as possible. Allowed me to have a test drive at around 8pm on a Friday -- probably the last thing he would've preferred to do. The last car I bought took SEVEN hours from start to finish with all sorts of issues in between at a different dealership in St. Louis -- completely different experience with the Dean Team. Pete Ostlund was great, as well; he did a very nice job of showing us how to use all the equipment on the car, and getting our StarLink service set up. Lastly Dustin Westhoff was also great in handling the financing. Smooth and simple! I've only had the new car for a short time, but the experience needs to be recognized. Whenever the time comes for a new car, I'll be coming here! More

Needed a car after an accident I was rear ended and my car was totaled out. So needed a car fairly quickly. My previous car was a Volkswagen Tiguan and really liked it. Went to Dean I was rear ended and my car was totaled out. So needed a car fairly quickly. My previous car was a Volkswagen Tiguan and really liked it. Went to Dean Team as I had bought 2 cars previously there and felt like I got a good deal. I wasn't prepared to purchase a car. Richard helped me and suggested a certified Tiguan with very low miles and loaded. I was sick during this process too. He helped me over the phone which was a great help. I would recommend him for sure. More
