Wonderful buying experience Have purchased a lot of vehicles in my lifetime and always placed dealers and sales people 3 rungs lower than dentists for distaste and distrust. This was the first dealer and sales people I felt really comfortable in spending my money. I was greeted right away and made feeling welcome. The experience was wonderful during looking, selecting,bartering, arm wrestling and agreeing on a sales price. The dealership is immaculate and the staff were very personable from sales to top management. I know you are proud of a long standing family owned business and so was I for a couple of hours. More

Richard managed to get us the price we wanted to pay, without much haggle. Appreciated. Alex was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable on the vehicle we were purchasing. He made the process simple, and managed to get us set and out of the dealership before a storm hit the area. Highly recommended. Anthony was able to get us an excellent finance rate. Thanks Anthony! A few extra notes: Although I do not have any complains about the employees listed above, a couple of things I found on our new 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia (these are notes for the dealership in general), which are the reasons for four stars, and not five: - Overall, the detailing performed (prior delivery) on the vehicle wasn't great. Found candy wrappers on the cup holder, factory tapes on door handles, and pedals, and overall cleanest wasn't the best. - Passenger seat belt insert was lose and felt. It was either not installed correctly, or not installed at all. I was able to fix it, but the car shouldn't have been delivered like that. More

Fabulous, professional service - with a smile! I live in Charleston, SC, but purchased this car from Brandon Auto Mall - initially, because they had the car that I wanted and because the price was I live in Charleston, SC, but purchased this car from Brandon Auto Mall - initially, because they had the car that I wanted and because the price was much more reasonable than those quoted by their competitors - both in Charleston and New York. What a pleasant surprise to find that they also have a fantastic sales and service team. They knew the car inside out, and took care of the entire process from beginning to end and without any snags. This was especially important to me because I was registering the car in another state. Since I took delivery, I've sent them several questions about the car, such as (believe it or not) where the cup holder is (it's somewhat hidden from view). They answered all of my questions immediately and professionally. You can't go wrong with purchasing a car from them. Do your due diligence, but be assured that you will get a better price and better service from Brandon. More
