It was refreshing to find a dealership that was built on honesty and customer service. My first contact was on the internet & Richard responded very quickly (as did Craig) to set up an appointment for me to test drive the vehicle. The entire staff was very accommodating, from start to finish, including, Karina in the insurance department who was absolutely great to work with! They all said what they'd do & absolutely did what they said!! There are a few items on order to be taken care of & I feel absolutely confident about the satisfaction of our purchase! Tho no actual repairs were performed, I felt the 5 star rating was justified due to the way Craig & Malachi followed thru on getting some factory warranted items looked at & addressed & then detailed for a quick delivery! I will absolutely buy here again! More

I was originally looking for a Guilia, and Richard was great with his texting, and ease of conversation to set up our visit the next weekend. Peter, our salesperson, is the most stand-up person, from beginning to end of sale, and the day after. He was personable, and not fake or a hustler. Certainly, we had some negotiations, which involved Craig Blum, the Sales Manager, but we each dealt in good faith, the process was easy, and the people I dealt with, including Anthony in Finance, to the nice lady who took my payment, make this dealer one I would go back to. Put it this way, we live in the Orlando area, and made the trip, and would go back. Peter even called me the next day to see how we were, and how the vehicle is performing. I will go back for service when it's time. So, for me, they are a winner, and so far, this is the way car-buying should always be. More
