I have been the CEO of the Klaben Auto Stores since 2010. I started in the business in 1974, detailing cars. I learned quickly that a Family Business was both hard work and fulfilling, with a responsibility to the customers, the team members, and the communities which we serve. Titles represent responsibilities, not rank, as every team member, starting with me, is a Customer Service Representative. Throughout the years, I worked in various positions with responsibilities for every facet of the business as we grew into the Klaben Auto Stores. Today, our business model, upon which my Father (Albert Klaben Sr.) founded and grew the business, remains the same. Customers & Team Members (PEOPLE) are the foundation of our success. Hard work, respect, empathy, team-work, integrity, and a genuine concern for others are core tenets of that model. Moreover, none of it is possible without the Grace of God. We are blessed and I remain forever thankful.

Excellent service time and time again! Carl Esker has been our sales rep for years and I call him whenever it’s time to look at another vehicle. TERRIFIC Experience!! Professional Sales People! Great Deal! We originally test drove a Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus at a dealership in Ravenna, OH. That dealership was dirty and the sales people had the "Good O We originally test drove a Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus at a dealership in Ravenna, OH. That dealership was dirty and the sales people had the "Good Old Boys" sales style. The lease deal they offered us was $150 MORE per month on the exact same vehicle than the deal we received at KLABEN. The Klaben showroom was impeccably clean and the salesmen were tremendously professional. Most of our negotiating was done through email; therefore, our time in the store was less than an hour. We test drove the exact car we were leasing, signed the papers and picked up the car later that day. We are THRILLED with our choice. We never thought we would be jeep owners. We always assumed the jeep rode rough, but this Cherokee Latitude Plus is extremely comfortable. We drove over rough railroad tracks and hardly felt a thing. We will be using this vehicle to travel the United States as we are now retired. We believe this vehicle will be a wonderful traveling vehicle! Joe has always looked out for the health & safety of the customers, so the covid requirements have been nothing new for Joe.
