I have been the CEO of the Klaben Auto Stores since 2010. I started in the business in 1974, detailing cars. I learned quickly that a Family Business was both hard work and fulfilling, with a responsibility to the customers, the team members, and the communities which we serve. Titles represent responsibilities, not rank, as every team member, starting with me, is a Customer Service Representative. Throughout the years, I worked in various positions with responsibilities for every facet of the business as we grew into the Klaben Auto Stores. Today, our business model, upon which my Father (Albert Klaben Sr.) founded and grew the business, remains the same. Customers & Team Members (PEOPLE) are the foundation of our success. Hard work, respect, empathy, team-work, integrity, and a genuine concern for others are core tenets of that model. Moreover, none of it is possible without the Grace of God. We are blessed and I remain forever thankful.

This is my second Jeep with Klaben and they have me as a client for life. They went above and beyond once again. From the sales Dept with Dave Mott and Justin Bolen to the finance dept with Kim and lastly t client for life. They went above and beyond once again. From the sales Dept with Dave Mott and Justin Bolen to the finance dept with Kim and lastly the service dept with Cory and Brandon. They’ve made the process easy and fast and got me exactly what I wanted. I’ve always had such a great experience with everyone there. They are personable, helpful and I don’t have one bad thing to say about the Klaben team. Rich Klaben has done a phenomenal job with choosing his team. Thank you all for everything.
