Joe and the tech did such a great job it actually is as quiet as it was when I bought it new at Klaben 8 yrs ago. I miss having Justin on that side with Joe the 2 of them really have you smiling when you leave. Please keep up the great work. Joe Hilliard is and has been one of the reasons I take my vehicles there to be serviced. Our Chrysler 200 recently was in an accident and was a total loss. I recently traded in my vehicle for a Dodge Grand Caravan. I normally deal with Klaben Ford who have always taken great care of myself and other family members. I contacted Dave Mott at Klaben Ford. I explained that I was looking to trade in for a van since my kids are getting older and bigger he contacted Justin Bolen at Klaben Chrysler and worked with him to set up the trade. Dave did not just turn it over to Justin he worked hand and hand with him and stayed while Justin showed me the vehicle making sure that I was satisfied. Justin was great in his knowledge of the vehicle and showing me all the features. Justin made this process fast and easy everything was set up and prepared when I arrived. I cant thank Dave and Justin as well as Richard Klaben and Chrysler Klaben enough for once again helping me get into a new vehicle to better suit my family. More
