I recently traded in my vehicle for a Dodge Grand Caravan. I normally deal with Klaben Ford who have always taken great care of myself and other family members. I contacted Dave Mott at Klaben Ford. I explained that I was looking to trade in for a van since my kids are getting older and bigger he contacted Justin Bolen at Klaben Chrysler and worked with him to set up the trade. Dave did not just turn it over to Justin he worked hand and hand with him and stayed while Justin showed me the vehicle making sure that I was satisfied. Justin was great in his knowledge of the vehicle and showing me all the features. Justin made this process fast and easy everything was set up and prepared when I arrived. I cant thank Dave and Justin as well as Richard Klaben and Chrysler Klaben enough for once again helping me get into a new vehicle to better suit my family. More
