Service was good, as always, even though my car was not washed as all of my previous visits and after waiting more than an hour and a half. But I was willing not to make a big deal about it. Until a couple washed as all of my previous visits and after waiting more than an hour and a half. But I was willing not to make a big deal about it. Until a couple of hours later, when I went to retrieve something from the back seat and I grabbed the door handle, and I got black shop grease all over my hand. I decided to check the other side, and it also had grease, and I had no place to clean my hand. This is definitely not acceptable. More

If this is going to help me to fix my car I can write the complete story. But it's no necesary because you already has it.Each visit to service was a problem:(Remplace Battery)Didn't put back the battery cas complete story. But it's no necesary because you already has it.Each visit to service was a problem:(Remplace Battery)Didn't put back the battery case.(Oil change and tires rotation)Didnt reset the oil life for the next service.(Flat tired) I can't fix by miself because the jack wrench didn't fit on 20 nuts.How happen that? If the only service known by car is this.since 00000 miles! (3 times light engene on)1 No time for that.Only change oil today.2 Oh! Yes we change the purge pump."In warranty"Ok and after20 days again the ligth.3 We don't have the smoke for make the test.Come back Monday.Now is the supply gasoline pipe broken.$ 1080+ tax.Easy no? What do you think? If I came under warranty to supuse fixed and now the same problem doesnt has.What does that mean?IT WAS NOT THE PURGE PUMP . Would I be happy with the service? THANKS More
