Gary spent a good amount of time training me on the in's and out's of the vehicle after my purchase. He took us on a tour of the MDX and shared an incredible amount of knowledge about his product. Very impressive and so was the MDX! The best deal out there for sure... SO MUCH more than others in the same category. The financial piece was easy and I truly appreciated Leslie's detailed, organized, and service focused approach to my (first-time) lease process. We test drove a newer Acura for us and was very pleased with the car. Richard showed us all features that we did not have on our 2011 Acura. He worked diligently with Sophie Jane to get the price of the car where we needed to be. We then met Leslie, was professional and efficient. We enjoyed her witty sense of humor. As we drove off the lot the back shocks was making a noise. My husband called Richard and took the car in the next day. Logan worked on the issue and fixed the problem. Having not bought a car at a dealer in over twenty years we had lots of questions. Richard and Sue Ellen patiently answered each and gently walked us through the process. Leslie was a great help in understanding the finance and warranty options. Everything was laid out clearly, accurately, patiently and made extremely understandable. After viewing the inventory online at crowncars.com we came in to look at specific vehicles. This helped a lot. The website was accurate and the deal was tremendous. We live out of state. The Crown Acura Team promptly filed everything with my local DMV and even checked up on us during that process. Our tags arrived weeks sooner than we expected. We've already taken our RDX on the road and it performs beautifully. When we purchase again we will call Richard first.....and I don't think we'll wait 20 years this time. More

She convinced me to switch from my Mini Cooper to lease an Acura ILX 3 years ago! Best decision I’ve ever made! Rich gave us such an incredible deal! And when I went to trade in my lease he upgraded me to a tech package, and upgraded my model!!! I love my new TLX! He sat in the car and showed me how to use every spec in the car, to make sure I felt comfortable, and even set up my phone for me! Can’t say enough about Rich and the dealership! Excellent, honest staff, great car! I found on the internet a 1-owner, low miles 2011 BMW 3-series X-drive wagon for sale at Crown Acura in Clearwater, Florida. I contacted them to learn I found on the internet a 1-owner, low miles 2011 BMW 3-series X-drive wagon for sale at Crown Acura in Clearwater, Florida. I contacted them to learn more about the car and Richard Morris and then also Rey Akuffo both were very easy to talk to and answered all of my questions with straight talk about the car. This was huge because I live all the way across the country and was going to fly there and drive the car back if I bought it, so I didn't want any run around or a less than great car. They we happy to take the car to an independent mechanic to have them check over the car for me. And Rey even made a movie for me by walking all the way around the car slowly filming the entire body, wheels and interior details to show me the car was close to pristine. AND the price was several thousand dollars below blue book! I was satisfied that the car was 100% as nice as they claimed and this proved to be true when I flew to Florida and paid for the car. Rich even picked me up at the airport and brought me to their lot. The car drove flawlessly across the country and I could not be happier with it and with the friendly, honest service of Rich, Rey and Keith at Crown Acura. More
