When I noticed that the 2020 Sierra AT4 I purchased from Jim Ellis in May 2023 had a leaking back window, I originally took it for repair to my closest GMC dealer in Kennesaw. After 2 service visits they still had not repaired the leak and then stated that any further repairs would not be covered under my CPO warranty even though I was still within the time and mileage coverage limits. I turned to my salesman at Jim Ellis (Richard Newton) for assistance and he immediately coordinated with James Stecker in Service to get me a service appointment. James was perfect in terms of getting me into the schedule, communicating what they discovered, and finally resolving the leaking window issue - and within my CPO warranty. He was even able to coordinate a loaner vehicle for me which was a big help considering the distance I am from the dealership. The Jim Ellis team will now be who I turn to for any future service concerns, and they'll also be the dealer I turn to when I'm ready to upgrade to a new truck. But for now, I'm going to continue enjoying this one. Thanks Richard Newton & James Stecker! More

I contacted the dealer via email with interest in a incoming truck. After explaining that I was out of town and couldn't come to the dealer they took the time to help me complete the deal with never st incoming truck.
