I had to bring my car in after I hit a curb and damaged a tire. Even though the service department was techically closed, Richard and the other service crew looked at the tire and end ensured there was a ti tire. I was treated respectfully by every one during a stressful time for me. Great job by everyone. More

I wasn’t told that my BMW was ready for pick up the next day after I bought it in… the things that were supposed to be taken care of wasn’t and when I finally picked my car up after being there for a week. day after I bought it in… the things that were supposed to be taken care of wasn’t and when I finally picked my car up after being there for a week. Candace was great from start to finish. I came in for one thing and she assisted me with several more with not sweat off her back not to mention she was pregnant and I didn’t realize until I came in for one thing and she assisted me with several more with not sweat off her back not to mention she was pregnant and I didn’t realize until I was receiving my vehicle back after working with her for over a week!!! 10 stars to Candace from a very appreciative customer!!! I showed up for a flat tire replacement, it was a good experience for not having scheduled it. Done within an hour. Richard told me about some maintenance things that were missed on a prior visit (windshi experience for not having scheduled it. Done within an hour. Richard told me about some maintenance things that were missed on a prior visit (windshield wipers, some other fluids) which I’m getting done soon, just have to finish some overtime work. But he went above and beyond by linking my vehicle with the appropriate owner online. There was some disconnect which I don’t fully understand but Rich helped a ton. More
