Dishonest practices. We agreed on an out-the-door price for our vehicle, but when it came time to finalize the paperwork, the finance manager claimed we had to pay over We agreed on an out-the-door price for our vehicle, but when it came time to finalize the paperwork, the finance manager claimed we had to pay over $800 for state registration separately — a charge that should have been included in the agreed upon price. After completing all the paperwork, which documented that the car had only 6 miles on it, we left it with their service department to install accessories. When we returned to pick it up, the mileage had increased dramatically — more than seven times what it was at purchase. This is highly suspicious and raises serious concerns. More
