Car took 2 hours for an oil change. Couldn’t find my car and assigned a different name and address to mine. Also received an appointment time for service for a check engine light. Service department. Jaime it’s very rude and very unprofessional, he looks down at customers not knowing who he’s talking to. He was very rude to me last week and very rude to my friend the week before. If he is rude to customers I imagine how difficult must be to work with him. This is not the first time this happened. Jaime talks down to customers making us feel like he’s doing us a favor, he doesn’t make us feel welcome. I don’t know what are your customer service standards but Jaime won’t be working for me that is for sure. His “I’m better than everyone else attitude “ does not work with my company standards. When the technician pulled the cabin air filter, he got a particle leaf or something stuck into the fan and when I drove away for days, I kept hearing a ticking sound. It’s probably a 40 minute ride there, but I had to schedule a new appointment Because I had no idea it was just a leaf. All I knew is that my air conditioner was making noise. On top of all of that when I checked the engine compartment. I noticed they did not even top off my windshield wiper fluid. What a colossal waste of my time.! More
