When the technician pulled the cabin air filter, he got a particle leaf or something stuck into the fan and when I drove away for days, I kept hearing a ticking sound. It’s probably a 40 minute ride there, but I had to schedule a new appointment Because I had no idea it was just a leaf. All I knew is that my air conditioner was making noise. On top of all of that when I checked the engine compartment. I noticed they did not even top off my windshield wiper fluid. What a colossal waste of my time.! More
