2007 ES350! Maintenance and NYS inspection and oil change I had appointment to have NYS Inspection and oil change. While inspecting car, found power steering pump leak which had to replaced. Michael Montijo was my service rep who was very nice and gracious when giving us the bad news. Had a loaner car until work was completed the next day. Went back next day to look at new vehicles and met with Richie Repanes to discuss possibly purchasing a 2018 ES 350 and trading in current 2007 ES 350. Disappointed that only offering $5,000 on trade in so didn’t purchase a new one. More

Smooth Sales Process I’ve been looking for a specific model GX that was pre-owned. I saw that Lexus Rallye had it in stock so I went in for a test drive. It was towards th I’ve been looking for a specific model GX that was pre-owned. I saw that Lexus Rallye had it in stock so I went in for a test drive. It was towards the end of the day around 730/8pm and the first sales associate who was asked to show me the car said he was done for the day and he’s not doing it so then the front desk asked Richie to do it and although he mostly deals with new cars he gladly showed me the pre-owned vehicle. Richie will be the first to tell you he’s not a typical sales guy - he’s not pushy and doesn’t try to steer you in your vying decision. The whole process from test drive to closing was smooth. Definitely go see Richie if you can. Highly recommend this place and will be back next time I’m looking for a car. More
