Easy fast painless experience I was literally at my end after 2 weeks of going back and forth with 4 different local Trumbull county dealers and I was guided to Ganley in Painesvil I was literally at my end after 2 weeks of going back and forth with 4 different local Trumbull county dealers and I was guided to Ganley in Painesville. I talked to Rick the lease manager and told him about my trade, my credit tiers and also about what I wanted to a T. He was very straight forward no wish washy back and forth AT ALL! I told him if he couldn't help me I was so tired of going round and round with the others guys that this was my last chance or else I would just keep my Town and Country. He was so nice. So patient. So fast in turn around. He did not try at all to oversell me and he was beyond helpful. I really felt taken care of not hustled like I have been feeling locally. When we came into the dealer to get the car it was quit a drive but definetly worth the drive. Everyone was very nice and our finance guy, Mike was beyond knowledgeable and prepared for our signing. It was in and out with a lot of details and even my husband who is not a finance guy at all clearly understood the terms and our deal. I was pleasantly surprised that we were treated like VIP's and would recommend ANYONE that hates to look for a car to go to this dealership. Rick did not have the exact car I wanted and he didn't try to sell me something on the lot instead he actually listened to what I wanted and got it for me with no issue...he listened he didn't over speak and try to sell me something I didn't want and that was beyond refreshing from what I have experienced the last 2 weeks with other dealers.
