emergency service I had an appointment scheduled for Friday for maintenance service. On Thursday, I got a flat tire. The service dept. took care of the flat tire and t I had an appointment scheduled for Friday for maintenance service. On Thursday, I got a flat tire. The service dept. took care of the flat tire and the maintenance service on Thursday. It was so nice to get everything done in one day. Plus, the tire was fixable and I did not have to buy a new tire. More

Miller Toyota is Exceptional! Our experience at Miller Toyota is always excellent. He gave us a conservative estimate of 2-2-1/2 hours, and we were finished in 1-1/2 hours. And. Happy customer came in for 5k service on my new Highlander Limited. Rick Emerson found that the car had a recall notice, The dealership did not have the needed repai came in for 5k service on my new Highlander Limited. Rick Emerson found that the car had a recall notice, The dealership did not have the needed repair parts in stock. Rick set me up with a loaner rental car, because mine was not drivable. The Parts came in a few days later, the repair was completed. When I picked my car up Rick informed me that he had found a flaw in the driver side door panel and he showed me where it was and informed me that a repair had been performed. Now that is great customer service. I am a happy camper and highly satisfied. Rick has been my service advisor for at least 12 years now, and he has always taken excellent care of me and my vehicles. More
