The car I wanted was not on their lot, but they jumped through multiple hoops to locate several cars that would meet my very specific requirements. Once I decided on one, they had the car brought in promptly. When I came to pick it up, it looked beautiful!. I was shown what all the features were and how to use them. They had a partnership with my bank Community America, which made the finance part a breeze. There were several people who kept in contact with me via text and phone call during the entire search, locate, transport and pick-up process. Anytime I reached out, even after hours, I received a quick response. I can't imagine how this transaction could have gone any better. I plan to return to this dealership again. More

We actually left the lot but turned around and went back because we liked the fact that we hadn't been bothered and 'attacked' by a salesman while just browsing. We did test drive a truck on the lot but it didn't have the specifications my husband was looking for. Michael Henry ( the salesman we ended up working with) and Rick (one of the managers) went above and beyond and found out the specifications my husband was looking for and found a truck online with those exact specifications at a sister dealership in Kansas. We made the deal, did the paperwork and when the truck arrived, verified it was what my husband wanted and went home with a new truck! More

I sent a request to have someone from the dealership contacted me. I received a phone call within the hour from George Indelicato. George gave me the history on the car and described what condition it was in to be a one owner vehicle. I told him to let me think on this and I would be back to him by 2 PM. I called him back and within 15 minutes we had negotiated a price that included delivery to my home in West Virginia. I spoke with Rick Gilbert to process the paperwork and I spoke with Ron Hamilton to finalize the transportation. This is the first car that I have ever purchased off the Internet without driving or being on the lot to look at it. I relied solely on their word and the Carfax report. I recommend the dealership and plan to be a repeat customer. More

I went for a car that I honestly felt might be out of my reach but the guys at Metro Ford said it was no problem. They spent a lot of time looking for the right lender to get me fixed up. When I went to take delivery of the car there was a small scratch on the door they immediately pulled it back into the shop and buffed everything to perfection. I would recommend them to anyone else looking for a new Ford. My only complaint would be the paint protection I added to the car I still see lots of minor swirls in the paint in some areas and I wasn't given any instructions on what kind of special care if any was necessary. Other than that the car is amazing.(18 Focus ST) The people were amazing and I will absolutely go back when it is time for the wife to get a new ride!! More
