Excellent Experience I went to Metro Ford to look at used cars for a replacement for my work vehicle that had been totaled in an accident. The first person I talked to was I went to Metro Ford to look at used cars for a replacement for my work vehicle that had been totaled in an accident. The first person I talked to was George Rackley. I gave him my needs and went back a day later to see what he had. We looked at several vehicles. I drove one and afterwards asked him to hold it for me for 24 hours. I called George the next day (Saturday) and told him I would be in on Monday to purchase the vehicle. We wrapped it up on Monday, The dealership took care of some recall issues and I picked the vehicle up on Tuesday morning as promised. Everything was handled in a efficient and professional manner. It has been 10 years since I bought a car. It sure got easier. I could not be happier with service George gave me or the product I bought. (2013 Ford Fusion) Thanks George. More
