Rick Gordon was great. He worked with me on the price of my trade in, even though I owed more than it was worth. He was responsive and kept me informed. John, was a fri He worked with me on the price of my trade in, even though I owed more than it was worth. He was responsive and kept me informed. John, was a friendly and easy to talk to salesman. Cameron was a great finance guy, he didn’t get pushy with the extended warranty and explained the price and interest rates before I signed. Greg was also very helpful. If I was to purchase a Ford in the future I would take the hour ride from New Haven to do business with this dealership. The place was clean and organized. Everyone seemed happy. More

Horrible experience, worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Had my vehicle for almost 5 months and I had to call constantly to follow up, they never took blame for anything, Kelly the service mana dealt with. Had my vehicle for almost 5 months and I had to call constantly to follow up, they never took blame for anything, Kelly the service manager completely rude, and mind you I work in the car industry, we would never treat a customer like I got treated, sad...I won’t be returning there for anything in the future.
