Truck was not ready to go when we got there for our appointment. Sales person had to go gas up the truck after we arrived. Truck was not detailed stickers were still on the truck and inside was not appointment. Sales person had to go gas up the truck after we arrived. No one went over the features of the truck after the check was received. The truck came without a tailgate because it was stolen at the dealership and we were not given a date when the tailgate will arrive. I asked for a tailgate to be put on the truck until the new one arrived and we left without a tailgate. We also do not have anything in writing saying we are getting a tailgate. More
