I am a proud father of 4 great kids. My wife Caryn and I are dog lovers and have a Chihuahua named Chia!! We own a home and live right here in Manchester. When I'm not working, I enjoy working on the house, gardening, and cooking. I really love my job! I enjoy meeting new people. I attribute my success to my belief in being honest and upfront and giving my customers a stress free no hassle experience. I Started in the car business in the Winter of 1987 over 37 years ago. Through my career I have worked in every department, reconditioning, parts, service, and sales. I was in and out of the DMV within 20 minutes (a new personal record ). Buying a truck from Bonneville and Son and working with Rick was a pleasure. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

Dream house (check), dream boyfriend soon to be husband (check, phew! finally a guy who has guts or is just plain crazy), dream car? (unchecked). Why? I don’t know, clearly I have issues but I digress…..I had an Acura TL that was awesome in Mass but not for NH where the dream house is. Dream large dogs are on order for Spring 2018 and the TL wasn’t going to cut it. What’s a girl to do? I had been eyeing the Jeep Grand Cherokee for 2 years. What was I waiting for? Still don’t know…So on 11/29/17, I decided to “just do it” as Nike says before I talk myself out of it. Bentley University taught me cars are a bad investment, but darn it I need bells and whistles including a heated steering wheel! So I called up Bonneville and spoke to the Sales Manager. Told him I’m buying a Grand Cherokee today and I need a great deal and the right model ASAP. Then I received a call from Rick. Being a 20-year sales veteran myself, I knew I had to let this guy know I’m not settling for anything but the best deal on a new SUV and the trade-in on my Acura. Tried to be as abrasive as possible. Rick didn’t waiver and we soon became “friends”. He got me the best deal for both vehicles and I drove home the same night. Dream car (check). Now, let’s talk about Rick’s issues. Why does this guy know EVERYTHING about most vehicles? What the heck is he doing staying with us late at night way past the dealership closing to show us additional features after we already signed all the required paperwork? Does he not realize we already bought the SUV and he can go home now? What kind of sales guy does this? We think Rick needs to maintain a work/life balance and is in desperate need of a trip to Kauai ASAP. Don’t wait on your bucket list, life’s too short! :-) Liz Doulbakian More

Love the vehicle, not so much the experience. This was our third vehicle purchase from Bonneville, plus another shopping visit a few years back by our son which didn't result in a purchase. In th This was our third vehicle purchase from Bonneville, plus another shopping visit a few years back by our son which didn't result in a purchase. In the past I've always been satisfied with the buying experience at Bonneville - Marcel Boudreau has always taken good care of us. When my son was shopping for his first car, Marcel took the time to show him what Bonneville had to offer in the type of vehicle he was looking for, and didn't push him to buy something he didn't want. I was disappointed that Marcel wasn't available for sales when we came in recently for a new Ram. We were turned over to Rick instead. While I expect Rick was trying his best, his personality put us off from the start. We all very much felt that his priority was to make a sale, not find the vehicle we wanted. After we explained we were looking for a new Ram 4x2 with an 8' bed, he started out by offering us a used Chevy, then a used Ram shortbed 4x4. After he realized we needed to order a new truck, he didn't seem fully informed on specs and packages for the 2018 models but pushed hard for a sale that night. We came back after doing some online research, and were able to settle on packages and prices and ordered the truck. We realized after we got home from placing the order that Rick had given us no records of the transaction - no receipts, no order form, no specs on what we'd ordered, and had even kept the printouts from the web that I'd brought in. When I called and asked for some documentation on the order, he claimed to not have access to that information but would get me a copy of the build order when it came from the factory. I received one phone call during the wait for the truck, stating that it would arrive in 2-3 more weeks. When the truck did arrive I was away on a trip, and I received many frantic calls, voicemails and texts from Rick demanding that I call back and make an appointment to get my truck. When I was able to come in for the truck I found that, although the truck had apparently arrived on a Thursday Rick didn't order the promised bedliner until the following Monday, and there would be a two week wait for it to come in. (Seems like that part should have been ordered when the dealership was notified that the truck was being shipped.) We made an appointment to pick up the truck, only to find that Rick had made several other appointments for the same time and we ended up spending hours on the process. Rick also really stressed that we had to write a positive review on this site; the following day we received multiple calls, texts and emails reminding us to write him a review. Overall, the truck is great, the price was reasonable but we did not enjoy the experience this time around. More
