When I'm not working, I enjoy working on the house, gardening, and cooking. I really love my job! I enjoy meeting new people. Through my career I have worked in every department, reconditioning, parts, service, and sales. Trade in experince I was referred to Rick Goulette from a close friend of mine. I wasn't happy with another Dodge/Jeep dealer that I was at the previous day of seeing Ri I was referred to Rick Goulette from a close friend of mine. I wasn't happy with another Dodge/Jeep dealer that I was at the previous day of seeing Rick. He was great!! Gave me a very good deal and practically "jumped through hoops" to get my monthly payment where I needed it. I definitely talk to Rick next time I purchase. Each experience has been great but this last one takes the cake! We worked with Rick Goulet. We have had a great experience with all of the sales consultants but Rick went above and beyond! He greeted us with a smiling face and really listened to what we wanted in a vehicle. We have always purchased minivans and this time we wanted something different. We needed help in deciding which vehicle would be best for us. Rick helped us to accomplish this. He didn't try to sway us in any way but did a terrific job in finding the perfect vehicle for us. He was able to get the numbers to where we wanted them to be and even offered us pizza! His professionalism stands out among the best! The whole process was a very pleasant experience. He even went out of his way to show us how to operate the vehicle. Rick made it a point to let us know that he is here for us anytime we have a question. Ask for Rick, you will not be disappointed!! This was my first time buying a car and I was definitely overwhelmed and nervous to begin with. Rick Goulette made the experience of buying a car simple and actually fun. Rick went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and was informed on all of my options. Himself and the entire staff at Bonneville and Son were extremely friendly and answered all of our questions. To top it off, Rick even came in on his day off so that I could pick up the car on my day off. I would highly recommend shopping at Bonneville and with Rick in particular to anyone who is looking at cars! I cannot thank them enough for this great experience. More

WOW! I can't believe I have a beautiful JEEP! Going into the dealership I thought that I had my mind set on a specific vehicle and was sure that I wanted it & sure that I wanted to lease. Howeve Going into the dealership I thought that I had my mind set on a specific vehicle and was sure that I wanted it & sure that I wanted to lease. However, after talking with Rick, he thoroughly went over the pro's and con's of owning VS leasing. Leasing would definitely fit my needs in most ways, but also owning a certified pre-owned vehicle (low mileage) that had much more options (all the bells & whistles and then some!), I could be in an better vehicle (rather than a new 'basic model options' lease) for around the same monthly payment, with a small down-payment. Originally I looked at a used vehicle first, because it was the one that I thought would be perfect for me as far as seating passengers option. However, something was telling me that I wasn't sure about this vehicle. (It was a nice vehicle & I truly liked it, but something wasn't right.) Rick picked up on my hesitation very quickly and said "What is bothering you? What can I do?" I wasn't sure!? I needed to think. Normally I am not wishy-washy, I go in I know exactly what I want. After talking more and him trying everything to make me happy and comfortable with what I was going to buy, somehow I ended up looking at something I would NEVER have gone into a dealership for... A gorgeous Jeep Cherokee Limited... Not only did Rick spend a lot of time with my husband & I. He also went above and beyond what I've experienced at a dealership. By the time we came to a deal & signed the paper work it was closing time. I felt bad taking up so much time and being there till closing before sealing the deal. After we signed all the paperwork they were closed, but Rick stayed until 7:30PM to sit in my 'new' Jeep with me and go over the Jeep's options and settings, (because it has everything technologically there is to offer in a vehicle). He took the time to show me how all the options worked and even pared my cellphone to the Bluetooth. We could of just signed the papers and he could of sent us on our way, but instead he stayed an hour and a half after the 6PM closing time to make sure I was showed everything this vehicle could do for me and helping me choose the options that I wanted set, before I left there. I would expect a dealer to do all this to get you to buy the vehicle as that is their job, but I never expected him to take all the time after I had purchased the vehicle to sit with me in the Jeep (after closing) and literally go through all it has to offer me and set it all up. I was super impressed with the level of service that I received. Buying a vehicle can be a very stressful thing and Rick made it so that I felt comfortable and happy with my purchase. And based on my needs and wants was able to show me something that as soon as I got in it knew it was perfect for me, even though it wasn't what I thought I actually wanted or would buy. Sales Person review My husband called on a 2014 Jeep grand Cherokee Altitude for me and spoke with Rick. It had just come in and there was no picture on website yet. We drove there 2 days later (2 hours away) site unseen based on Rick's description of the Jeep. He said he went over every inch, checked if it was a smoking vehicle as that was one of my concerns. Told us it was as close to new as you could probably get. Of course we were skeptical but went anyway. I'm pretty picky but Rick was too. It was gorgeous!!! Rick was pleasant to work with, explained all he needed to explain as best as he could and thanked my husband many times for his military service. Offered us food as we had been there a long time, gave us bottled waters as needed and 2 teddy bears for our kids. I would trust Rick with any auto detailed questions over the phone in a heartbeat. He also told us to call or text with any issues or questions at anytime if needed. He gave a very thorough visit with the service area and kept in contact after the sale. We called and spoke with Rick Goulette and asked if there were any flaws, dents etc. that were not listed in the description or shown on the pictures, before diving from Maine to NH. We explained that we had been looking and this truck fit exactly what we wanted. He assured us it was in excellent shape and there were no hidden problems and that he, and the dealership, take pride in their honesty and if there were any other things about the truck they would disclose them. We were still a little hesitant due to other dealerships telling us the same and when we got there found vehicles with dents, rust, etc that were not apparent in the picutures. Well, we are glad we took the drive. Rick was honest with us and the truck was in the same shape as stated on the website. In addition, he had it ready when we got there to take it for a test drive. He helped us with meeting us at a price we could afford. It was an excellent experience and we would recommend Rick highly, along with the rest of the crew there. Dan was great with the financing aspect and Norm took care to make sure the truck was "spiffed up " for us. Everyone did their best to make sure we were happy. We will not hesitate to refer people to Rick. More

My family has bought Dodge and Chrysler vans from Bonneville for the last 20 years, and as far as I'm concerned Rick is the my guy and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to my friends in a heartbeat. He worked with the finance guy (sorry -- I don't remember his name) in order to helped me afford an extended warranty! In fact, the van Rick helped me replaced was the original 1997 Dodge Grand Caravan my dad bought in 1997 (which I sold to a friend who tinkers with cars.) Ron the Service Technician (ask Rick for his last name) is truly the *Alpha Male* of the shop; since my "new" 2014 is a former commercial vehicle with almost 120,000 miles it had some issues, -- and one in particular that wouldn't go away no matter what he did. He contacted the manufacturer, ordered replacement parts, installed them as Dodge prescribed, and then contacted Dodge again. As a former IT troubleshooter for 15 years, I KNEW Ron could get to the bottom of the puzzle with enough patience and persistence. And... he... did it! More
