My parents used I recently decided to purchase a truck after 4 years of waiting. I never thought I would be going to a Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep dealer. My parents used this dealer in 2003 when they purchased a new PT Cruiser and they are still AMAZING! I saw a vehicle (truck) online and the price was too good to pass up (well below other dealers). I went into the dealer the next day with the hope of driving away in a few hours. I totally drove away in a few hours in the TRUCK!!! I went in with a pre-approval from bank, but they have great offers when it comes to financing. They like to use local (NH banks) and that is excellent. Rick, was great. Super friendly, knowledgeable and is willing to do almost anything to make sure we get a good deal on the car. We have been to previous dealers where they would not negotiate or discuss anything with us. Rick and the guys at Bonneville were totally chatty and willing to discuss anything. Any concern we had, anything! I was also really impressed with how CLEAN the cars are. I purchased used, but you would have NO idea! It was super clean, low miles, and priced well below other dealers in the area. I was so impressed and I will definitely be using them again in the future when I am ready for another auto purchase. More

Most communication was done via email and texting so we could go about our day. The day we picked up the car everything was ready and we left in less than an hour. When does that ever happen? Next year when our other vehicle needs to be traded we will return to Rick. More
