My BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! I visited Bonneville on May 24th to check out some Jeep Renegades. I met with Rick Goulette who answered every question I had and then some. I am the kind of buyer who hates the confusion and pressure of buying a new car and it takes me some time to get around to the actual purchase. (I like to think, compare, etc) I left the lot and over the next several days visited with other dealers to check out what they were about. At the other dealers, the sales people seemed to talk right through me, as if I was not a person but another `deal' standing in front of them. Needless to say, Rick called me on May 30th to notify me of some new discounts on the Renegade and I immediately went back to Bonneville to make an offer. The process was fairly quick, easy and anxiety free! I am now a proud owner of a new Jeep Renegade Sport! The vehicle is just what I was looking for and is real fun to drive too. We stopped by on a Sunday afternoon never intending to buy or really find the exact car we were looking for. We were pleasantly surprised that the car was there. Our sales person Rick Goulette met us outside and listened to what we wanted and showed us nothing else we did not want and did not try and sell us on other cars. It was a joy to be heard and respected. We left that day without making a decision but with Rick's friendly phone call saying he could make this happen, we are now the proud of owners of the Jeep we wanted.
