I had heard from friends, co-workers, etc.. that car buying is a nightmare. But after my experience at Bonneville & Sons and with their employees (Especially Rick Goulette and Matthew Chagnon) that those stereo types definitely do not fit with this company. I am very happy with my vehicle. I was never pressured while deciding to buy, the sales reps were very honest and they helped me find the best truck for me at the best price. I would 100% give them 10/10 and I recommend to anyone looking to purchase or even thinking about purchasing a vehicle to go to Bonneville & Sons!!! More

Trade my 99 dodge ram for a 2016 Jeep compass. Awesome Experience I went in to see Rick Goulette to see if there was anything I could do to get out of my current car and into a new Jeep. I had some negative equity an I went in to see Rick Goulette to see if there was anything I could do to get out of my current car and into a new Jeep. I had some negative equity and wasn't sure we could make it happen. Rick was absolutely great. He showed me my options and settled on a Jeep Renegade Latitude. It had every option I was looking for and when the first one we looked at was missing an option he found the right vehicle for me. He worked the numbers and we were able to come to an agreement that fit my budget. I even lowered my car payment. Rick showed memail how to use the features in the car and told me he would be available in the future to answer other questions. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to work with Rick. He was great More

Trade in for much newer model We went in to Bonneville for a Subaru we had seen online after having shopped around at some Subaru dealerships and feeling pretty let down. Rick gree We went in to Bonneville for a Subaru we had seen online after having shopped around at some Subaru dealerships and feeling pretty let down. Rick greeted us as we walked in and got right to the point. He showed us the car, told us all about what Bonneville is about (NOT selling lemons) and ran the numbers. I liked his honesty and "no xx" attitude. After realizing the Subaru we wanted wasn't a good fit financially, he found us another car that had the qualities we were looking for and was in our budget. Our overall experience with him was great, we didn't feel like he was being dishonest and that helps a lot when buying a car. Now I'm driving a SUV/Crossover and we will definitely hit Rick up again when it's time to make another purchase. We didn't speak with Norm at all, but he was the one who got us great financing so we appreciate his help. We also worked with Dan Rietz and enjoyed it very much. More
