First time customer, great buying experience! I've been a loyal Toyota fan for years. I decided to look at the new Dodge Ram trucks. To my surprise, the quality of these trucks have come a long wa I've been a loyal Toyota fan for years. I decided to look at the new Dodge Ram trucks. To my surprise, the quality of these trucks have come a long way since the last time i looked at them. I checked out a few dealers and just didn't get the warm and fuzzies. Stopped into Bonneville and Sons to look at a Ram they had right out front. The selection they have is mind blowing! They've got everything there! Walked into the showroom and met Rick Goulette, great guy, no pressure at all! That's huge for me! He was very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. Gave me a great deal on my trade (2015 Tundra Limited). Everyone over there was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I picked up a 2016 Ram Sport and they made the entire sale very simple, again, without the high pressure and bogus sales pitches. Rick went over everything with me about the new truck, all the gadgets and toys that i was not familiar with. I would definitely recommend Rick and Bonneville if you're in the market for a new vehicle! More

My first ever car buying experience resulted in 6 hours at a dealership and some serious anxiety issues when it comes to dealerships. I was referred to Bonneville by a co-worker when my lease was nearly up, and I was looking to get into a nice 4WD SUV. When I walked into Bonneville, my husband and I were immediately greeted by Ricky, and we felt like he did all he could to get us into the car we wanted, and even sped up the paperwork process so we could leave in time to make an appointment 40 minutes away. Ricky was very low pressure, and was willing to go the extra mile for us (even if it meant potentially getting into trouble with his boss). I would definitely tell everyone I know looking for a new or used vehicle to visit Bonneville. Its definitely worth it. More

I recently had a very bad experience with a dealer in Salem where i was lied to and deceived, and still had a sour taste in my mouth when I made the appointment to look at a car at Bonneville. I met Rick and he seemed to sense that I was not a happy shopper. We spoke for a few minutes and he calmed me down and I started my "happy" shopping experience. He showed me a couple of cars that I had showed an interest in without any "hard sell" and made me feel comfortable. He answered all my questions and more important, he relieved all of my apprehensions. I picked the car that I wanted and finalizing the deal wasn't what I expected IT WAS BETTER. It was my first time buying a vehicle from Bonneville, but it won't be my last. I would have no trouble recommending either the dealership or Rick, my salesman. He gave me some space to make my final decision without trying to pressure me. This was not always the case during other purchases that I made. More

But after my experience at Bonneville & Sons and with their employees (Especially Rick Goulette and Matthew Chagnon) that those stereo types definitely do not fit with this company. I am very happy with my vehicle. I was never pressured while deciding to buy, the sales reps were very honest and they helped me find the best truck for me at the best price. I would 100% give them 10/10 and I recommend to anyone looking to purchase or even thinking about purchasing a vehicle to go to Bonneville & Sons!!! More
