I recently got into a car accident and my car was considered a total loss. My insurance company only covered a certain amount of my loan, leaving me with $3,000 of negative equity to carry over into a new loan. Now, being the young adult that I am, I don't make a lot of money and my credit score was low due to being so new to paying bills. With all of that said, it was next to impossible for me to even get into a car. I went and talked to other dealerships (to weigh my options) and they had been trying to screw me over with monthly payments, high interest rates, or just telling me that they couldn't help. Then, I saved the best for last. I drove to Bonneville and son with low expectations and drove out with a new car and a doable monthly car payment. Rick always goes the extra mile for me to get me into a car that I can both afford and be happy with. He never fails to go through every single option in the book to see what he can do to better every experience I have there. I never want to go to another dealership or salesman again for as long as Rick works at Bonneville and Son. He coaches you through the process of buying the car and everything that you have to know about what you are getting into. He will be the one who will sacrifice his time and energy for you. He's there to help and not make this process any harder than it already has to be, I can't thank Rick enough for all that he has done for me and how much he has helped my dad and I through these trying times. All three of the guys I dealt with were pleasant and knowledgeable. I came away with the vehicle I wanted, got close enough on the price for my trade-in, and the bottom line was that it all worked out well. As a buyng experience, there was reasonable clarity around price. For example, Rick called up KBB and we looked at it together and could quickly come to the right math. I hated the old school back and forth game with the "let me talk to my manager" dance (I know some people who love it and miss it). There's some of that I overheard when in the showroom, but to Rick's credit, we didn't engage that way (I would have walked away if we had). I'd say there are vestiges of that experience. Found myself sitting too long for one aspect or another of the process. I'd contrast that with a Grappone up in Concord, with its no commission sales model and just a more contemporary give and take experience. I think there is a heightened awareness of customer service at Bonneville and they are trying hard. Not quite there yet, but working on it. I'd go back again if I needed to and that's the most important point to make. More

Disgruntled client to very HAPPY client!!! I had a negative sales experience at Bonneville & Son in 1999 and was extremely skeptical of coming back to them for another Jeep. It was a pleasant surprise to be treated so fairly and compassionately by Rick Goulette and Ron Nowe. Due to a leg injury that prohibited me walking from Nov15-Feb15 and ultimately caused financial distress which was reflected on my credit report and made my loan option(s) minimal, Rick graciously supported me and pushed to get me into a vehicle that would work for my current needs. THANK YOU Rick for being a good person and helping me through this process, making the overall experience a positive one. Bought a new Cherokee Latitude We stopped by on my girlfriend's birthday to "look" at a new car for her. We found what we wanted at the extension lot, and went to the dealership to talk about that vehicle. We were greeted at the door by Rick. He was very kind, and offered his assistance, without pressure. He spent the time to show us the vehicles we were interested in and answered all of our questions. When the time came to talk 'shop' he surprised us by providing an option we had not considered and that most other salesman/dealers may have kept to themselves. He exceeded our expectations making the process fun, easy and stress free. Within 24 hours we driving away with a great deal, never doubting Rick did right by us. Will be looking for a new truck in the next year or so and will be back to see Rick! More

Rick communicated with us before we even got there, met us at the door, showed us a half dozen vehicles (new and pre-owned), and helped us zero in on the one that we fell in love with - a gorgeous Buick Envoy! The entire experience was smooth and undramatic, and there was no silly game playing. We were pleased with the price, and drove away several hours after we got there. We will strongly recommend Rick to friends and family! More

Buying out my lease I visited Bonneville and son to buy out the lease of my first new vehicle. I had previously tried other means of financing but due to my bad credit th I visited Bonneville and son to buy out the lease of my first new vehicle. I had previously tried other means of financing but due to my bad credit the multiple attempts had come up with absolutely no options. I came into the dealership and Rick was more than confident he could make sure I left the dealership happy. My credit score ended up being a 526 and Rick and his team spent hours exhausting every option they could imagine. Their years of experience were very apparent throughout the process. I felt hopeless I was going to be able to walk away owning my dream car when I came into the dealership but somehow they made me feel confident that everything would be okay. Just as Rick promised, they got me financing so I could keep my Challenger. Everyone in the dealership was friendly in offering up personal phone chargers to casual conversation, they made me feel right at home. All in all, I would highly recommend Bonneville and son to anyone and I will most definitely be a returning customer. More
