The customer service lounge is lacking compared to other luxury dealers. If GM wants Cadillac to take care of their customers like Lexus they should visit a Lexus dealer to see how they do it. Too many thin luxury dealers. If GM wants Cadillac to take care of their customers like Lexus they should visit a Lexus dealer to see how they do it. Too many things to list here. As for my sales rep, Rick, he could not have been better. All the people I dealt with during my purchase top notch and very personable. You have great personnel but your facilities are lacking. More
