Every thing is very good with sales and service. Rick is a great sales rep. The customer waiting area is not so great. Kia and Hyundia is much better. I would rate Plaza Cadillacs very disappointing Rick is a great sales rep. The customer waiting area is not so great. Kia and Hyundia is much better. I would rate Plaza Cadillacs very disappointing. Excellent doing business with this dealership. Rick Jimenez was my sales person- friendly, helpful, none of that high-pressure stuff you get at other dealerships. The whole process was transparent Rick Jimenez was my sales person- friendly, helpful, none of that high-pressure stuff you get at other dealerships. The whole process was transparent- no hidden add-ons like with a previous dealership. The financing was clearly explained. Everyone was courteous and made it clear that they appreciated my doing business with them. If I reach that point that I am in the market for another car, I will definitely go there and talk to Rick.
