I had a great experience at Capistrano Mazda I found the car I wanted online and reached out to the sales team. Rick Katz was quick to respond and set up a time to meet. He went above and beyond I found the car I wanted online and reached out to the sales team. Rick Katz was quick to respond and set up a time to meet. He went above and beyond and sent me a personalized video of the exterior and interior of the car. When I showed up to test drive the vehicle he had the car washed and ready out front. Took the test drive and he answered all of my questions. The purchasing experience was great. When I was going over the financials with Chris he answered all my questions and made me feel confident in the decisions I was making. Recently I did experience a hiccup with my CPO vehicle but the folks over at Capistrano Mazda were there to ease my mind and offer me some assistance. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. The customer service is the best I have received. More
