Sold me an overpriced Sienna which i understood as it's a big demand for the car now. Car was not ready to pick up until 3/31. But they started charging me monthly payments on 3/19. Unbelievable they already overcharged so much and still wants to take advantage of 12 more days on the payments. The day I posted this review Marisela Guzman called me and offered to send me a check to reimburse for one month payment. Next week sure enough got the check in mail. I'm glad this dealership has someone looking over everything to help solve problems More
