Consistently outstanding Brought our new Highlander in for its first (5,000 mile) service, and within minutes received a call that the tech working on our vehicle had discover Brought our new Highlander in for its first (5,000 mile) service, and within minutes received a call that the tech working on our vehicle had discovered two nails in one of our tires. The tire was replaced the next morning (we had brought the vehicle in at 9:30 in the evening), and we picked up the vehicle before lunch.
