Super friend and efficient guys here!! I am only giving the 4 star because I always find my vehicle in the inside kind of dirty. I realize the guys that are doing the mechanical work might have greasy hands, but then have someone quickly go thru the drivers side and wipe down the steering wheel. At least, today, my floors were clean !! But all in all everyone here is fast and efficient and friendly. My vehicle runs the best after a check up !! Thanks. More

I recently purchased a 2010 Tundra and the engine light came on after the purchase. Cody in the service department worked with Rick from Sales and Russ Bestler to make sure I was completely taken care of. The engine issue turned out to be major and they took care of it. I was NOT charged a dime for the work or parts. Show me another dealership that takes that takes care of its customer like that. I am completely blown away by their commitment to customer service. I was already a very loyal customer, now I'm making it my mission to spread the word about Maplewood Toyota to everyone I know. Thank you ALL for the great experience. More
