5.15.18 Lease turn in My wife, Elise, and I came in on 5.15.18 with our 3 year old leased car to talk with Rick Stern about what to do when turning it in at lease end. Rick My wife, Elise, and I came in on 5.15.18 with our 3 year old leased car to talk with Rick Stern about what to do when turning it in at lease end. Rick was very knowledgeable and helped us a lot as we had tons of questions that he answered without delay. My wife and I discussed our options, we then decided to lease a new CRV with Rick. We had to wait a very long time to see Sarah Northrup in the business office and that was very frustrating. By the time we did get in to see her and when we first sat down, she immediately presented us with a list of 'add on items to buy' (we felt that was not the time or place) as we thought we were there to go over the lease conditions and sign papers and we felt rushed with paperwork and terms and conditions were not explained as well as they could have been. More
