"Untrusted Dealership "
This is a formal expression of distress, incompetency and the lack of care and compassion that your dealership has shown during our recent visit to your location. They are unprofessional, untrusted, will not keep their promises, and it seems every sales person in this dealership not represent Mercedes Benz of Huntsville as the sales manager has shown us. Please try to avoid this dealership as much as you can, and I should have read the reviews over Yelp before even planning to have a business with them.

I live more than two hours away from this dealership, I was interested in one of their car for my wife, so I contacted them a day before our visit via phone and email and first, I talked to the sales manager (Rick Vaughn), I asked him that I want to take Greg Melbo (sales professional ) who had a positive feedback from customers, but he transferred me over another sales person (Justin Oates)!!! I assumed Greg was unavailable at that time. We have a deal over the phone on the car for $35,500 and Justin agreed on this price and congregated me after he talked to his manger and we set an appoint for next day at 12 pm to come and buy the car. My wife, who was very excited for her new car, and I dropped our kids at the a daycare to drive over two hours to buy the car. We got there at 12:30 pm and we waited there around 2 hours to see the car, they told us the car is not ready yet since they are replacing some parts on the car which is very unacceptable. We saw the car we liked it, when it's the time come to sign the paper they added $2,700 on the top of the agreed price + $850 documentation fee. I told Justin the additional repair cost is not acceptable and he didn't mention it before at all. He said he didn't know about this cost until the last minute. He said instead of I do the repair later they did it for me. It was unbelievable, we agreed on the car price and I didn't ask to replace anything. they try to let customers PAY more without caring about their promises to customer that I have been given before visiting them. You will never face this situation with any dealership in the country, they are immoral in dealing with their customer based on my experience. I asked Justin to let me talk to his manger (Rick), he told that he is in meeting, which is not true unfortunately, he was sitting in his office by himself where I can see him. I was very upset at this time when I tried to walk to him, Justin asked me to wait and he will get manager. Rick (the sales manager) handle the situation unprofessionally by saying "the sales person (Justin) agreed on $35,500 not me"!. If they don't trust their sales professionals how customers can trust them?
We waist all day for nothing with them, the people in this dealership didn't keep their promises and they are not trustful. Drove back to our home town without the car but with the worst experience ever.

This was our 2nd Merecedes Benz purchase. We returned to Mercedes Benz of Huntsville to trade our first Mercedes (which we loved) because of the excellent customer service, knowledge, and expertise shown by Greg Melbo previously. It was time to trade my CPO Mercedes 2 door coupe for a 4 door sedan. We worked with both Greg Melbo and his new team member Kaly Bamburg. The entire team of managers, finance, and sales people were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make the experience easy and stress free.
"Worst car purchase of my life"
This dealership is incompetent, and dishonest. Salespeople are not well educated in what they are selling. I was told I was being sold one thing, only to find out another after the sale. I was harassed by the financed guy who was unhappy I was buying my car instead of leasing. The car was delivered dirty, with no spare key or manual. My trade in was not paid off in a timely manner by the dealership as I received two notices that I was going to be turned into collections for a car that I no longer "owned".
I have been to three other Mercedes dealerships in other states and never had the issues that I have had at Mercedes-Benz of Huntsville
