I had an appointment to look at a truck on the website, drove 4 hours to go look at the truck, and a safety inspection had apparently not even been done yet on the vehicle. I waited 3 hours at the dealersh drove 4 hours to go look at the truck, and a safety inspection had apparently not even been done yet on the vehicle. I waited 3 hours at the dealership to even lay eyes on the truck. Not sure why the truck was listed on the website before it had the safety checks and was marked as ready to be sold. Charles, my sales rep, made the best out of a bad situation and I did appreciate him. He kept me informed about the delays and what was going on. The manager did end up taking off some extra money for my inconvenience so I did appreciate that. The situation as a whole was a crap shoot, unprofessional, and disorganized. I did buy the truck but I can’t say the experience was very pleasant. More
