From the moment we walked in the center our sales associate, Tim Longfellow , came up and asked us how he could help. Although the day was late afternoon Sunday he did return shortly, Offord water and opened dialog with us in a very unpressured way. He took notes, looked into our eyes and leaned in to our conversation as if he had all the time in the world. Tim is new at Bozard and in the car business as he shared as such when asked. Of all the times we have been in a position to purchase a vehicle Tim took more care, was instantly available on his personal phone, encouraging and very patient. The car I wanted and ended up buying was difficult to access for a test drive, but Nick was quickly able to get an identical model to test drive so I could get a feel for the car. He was very helpful to me and my parents as, informative without being pushy. He made me feel like he wanted me to leave with the car I wanted, I did not spend as much time with Ricky Dotson but he was also awesome. Would recommend this place to anyone. More
