Ricky was so patient and helpful. I came from 2 hours away to get the specific used vehicle I'd been looking for so I had lots of questions prior to making to the trip. Ricky was always very responsive and went the extra mile to send me pictures multiple times, as well as many calls and texts over a period of 8 days. Also just a very nice and personable guy. As far as the dealership, I was satisfied with the experience. But I agree with another post that refers to the long wait time to complete all paperwork, financing, etc. I financed through my credit union so I came with the check ready to go, but was still there a total of 4 hours. I understand that it's a business and up selling is part of that. But I feel like too much time was spent promoting the ceramic coating protection and additional warranties during the financing portion. More
