We had got to know Ray Catena Mewrcedes first through its superb service department having moved into the area from up state New York. Now we know for sure the sales department is equally excellent. Our sales rep Ricky Kwan was patient, careful and thorough in bringing us up-to-date with the current stock. We explored GLA, GLB and then GLC. Finally settled on a GLC. He was very friendly and engaging in answering all our questions, be they trivial or ignorant. Ricky followed up each visit with calls and e-mails always assuring us to continue with our learning process. He was timely in keeping us informed of the delivery schedule. We felt totally relaxed with the whole process. In the end he took over three hours in teaching us the essentials of operating the new car and followed up with more calls to offer additional information and address follow up queries from my wife.
