Working with Rigo at Henry Brown was shockingly pleasant. I always dread buying a car. The process is so designed to wear you down. Buying a car through Rigo at Henry Brown was exactly how I always wished I always dread buying a car. The process is so designed to wear you down. Buying a car through Rigo at Henry Brown was exactly how I always wished buying a car would be. My daughter and I had been out driving used cars to replace her maintenance-heavy Mini Cooper. Henry Brown was our 3rd stop that day. Rigo handed us the keys and let us go for a test drive. Not having him with us allowed my daughter to relax and evaluate the vehicle honestly. Instead of having the salesperson with you ignoring or making excuses for the negative things you point out. Loving the car we worked with Rigo almost entirely through text and/or the occasional phone call. This might not be ideal for everyone but we loved it. Not being bogged down in the dealerships for hours was refreshing. He gave me a fair deal for our trade just off the model & vin. We had been preapproved and Rigo had all the paperwork ready to go. My wife and I were in the dealership signing docs for about 10 mins max. When dealers say no pressure hassle-free sales process. They need to look to Henry Brown Buick GMC as the standard. I don't even care for Buick or GMC vehicles but I thoroughly enjoyed buying a car through Rigo and wouldn't hesitate to purchase another one through him. More

Next day, we reached a deal and spent less than a combined hour of total time in the dealership. He handled each step of the process and communicated with us transparently and swiftly. Along our journey we dealt with awful service which resulted in a huge waste of time. That was NOT the case with Rigo at Henry Brown Buick GMC. More
