I contacted this dealer via email while I was transitioning between Ohio and Arizona in a camper van. Rigo and Rob answered my questions and within 24 hours of arriving in Mesa, I had my new car. transitioning between Ohio and Arizona in a camper van. I also contacted nine other dealers of varying models and all of them just wanted me to come in when I got here. What’s the point of offering internet shopping or having internet managers if you still want me to come in before giving me a price? I am a high risk when it comes to COVID, so I greatly appreciated being able to go through the approval process via text and phone. All it took was one visit and they even came to get me later that day when my car was ready. Thanks. More

Our overall experience was very good. The only reason we did not score a 5 star rating is because despite having all day, our new car was not detailed. We had to bring it back for detail on another day whic did not score a 5 star rating is because despite having all day, our new car was not detailed. We had to bring it back for detail on another day which was an inconvenience. Otherwise, we love Henry Brown. All of our paperwork was completed already when we got there and all we had to do was sign! thank you for our new car! More

Most very good......some not so good. I enjoyed the overall sales process.....very professional. My experience in the finance office was exceptional. My only complaints 1. After f I enjoyed the overall sales process.....very professional. My experience in the finance office was exceptional. My only complaints 1. After finishing in the finance office I spoke with the sales person long enough to give him my trade in keys and then went to swap my things from one vehicle to the next. When I finished moving my items I got in my new vehicle and no keys. I went to the used car building and the doors were locked. I went back to the finance office and he found my two sets of keys in the sales persons desk. It was the Fourth of July and I understand everyone wanted to get home .... but so did I. 2. I was given a “we owe” sheet and have heard nothing. I thought I should at least get a call explaining they would be several weeks getting the parts. More

Rigo Ramirez did a superb job. As my husband’s full time care giver I didn’t have time to go hunting for a new car. After looking at some vehicles at your dealership, Rigo located what I wanted, delivered care giver I didn’t have time to go hunting for a new car. After looking at some vehicles at your dealership, Rigo located what I wanted, delivered it to my door in Coolidge and brought the purchasing documents with him so my husband could sign the paperwork without leaving the house. He is readily available by phone or email. He deserves praises. I couldn’t have ask for anyone more considerate. More
