Since the car just arrived on the lot, he took pictures and sent them to me. This is my first taste of luxury, and this dealership knows how to treat its clients. Austin made the deal go very smooth and negotiated really well with my trade in. Their price matches well around the various states which made my purchase so much easier. Rob took 2hrs of his time away from the dealership floor to bring the car to me (45 min) where I work for a test drive. The car was detailed and absolutely nothing wrong with how it looked. From the credit application to signing the paperwork, the process took 2 hours. I recommend Rob Edmonds for your next purchase, he listens to want we want in a car and ensures we are content with our purchase. Also, the chocolate bar was an added bonus.
